Obituary of Donna Mae Holeman

Donna Mae Holeman, 76, of 9 Green St, Lakewood, NY went home to be with her Savior, Monday April 19, 2010, in the Lutheran Home and Rehabilitation Center. A native of St. Paul, MN, she was born January 7, 1934, a daughter of the late Earl and Mae Henton Bronson. She lived most of her life in Chicago, moving to this area in 1992 and living in the Grace Retirement Homes the last ten years. She was a member of Lakewood Baptist Church and its Lydia Society. Her special ministry was sending cards to everyone for everything. Surviving are her three daughters Donna Jean (Joseph) Blasczyk of Chicago, IL, Kathryn (Dale) Lundmark of Russell, PA and Gail (Kelly) Mersch of Ashville, NY, five grandchildren Michael (Kelley Borst), Vindas of Jamestown ,NY, Jennifer Lundmark of Ashville, NY, Robert (Kelly) Lundmark of Jamestown, NY, Jeremy (Alison) Lundmark of Apalachin, NY and Joshua Lundmark of Russell, PA, three great grandchildren Victoria and Katherine Lundmark of Jamestown, NY and Alexander Lundmark of Apalachin, NY, two sisters Diane Johnson of Grand Rapids, MN and JoAnn Bronson of Ashville, NY and a brother Melvin Bronson of Ashville, NY. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Holeman, whom she married September 6, 1952 and who died August 3, 1979, five brothers Allen, Jim and Stanley Fewer and Vernon and Lindy Bronson and three sisters June and Mary Jane Bronson and Sharon Koehn. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Lakewood Baptist Church. Rev. Daniel W. Cook, will officiate. Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday in the Lind Funeral Home and for one hour prior to the service Saturday in the church.
