I'm sorry I can't be there to say my good-byes but I just found out about this Monday evening. There are so many fabulous memories for me, and they are flooding my mind.and my eyes. I've missed him and Eva since I moved 15 years ago. Peace to him, he is with his lady.

My heart and prayers go out to all Sam's nieces and nephews, as I remember all the wonderful times you would have in his back yard. He loved you all so very much. I will always hold him and Eva in my heart as very dear friends and will miss joking with him on my yearly visit from Fla. Taking care of Eva and being a part of Sam's life is one of my most treasured times of my life.

With fond rememberances of Sam Valone and his wife Eva. They very graciously allowed my husband Ted Olsen and I to purchase their home on Westwood Drive so many years ago when we returned to Jamestown from California with ou family. A home we loved and lived in for 26 years. A true gentleman. May he rest in peace.
