Obituary of Lucile H. Parsons

Lucile H. Parsons, 98, of Heritage Green Rehab and Skilled Nursing, died Tuesday March 2, 2010, in the facility. She was born February 12, 1912 in Ellery, the daughter of Orry and Catherine Wilson Heath. Following graduation from Jamestown High School she earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Buffalo and a Master's of Arts from Columbia University. She was employed by Croten Harmon High School, Croten, NY as an art teacher. Among her surviving family are her niece Kathryn (John) Carroll of Ocala, FL. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Samuel J. Parsons who died June 8, 1956. No funeral service or visitation will be observed. Arrangements are by the Lind Funeral Home.
