Obituary of Sandra M. Fredrickson

Sandra M. Fredrickson, 72, of 131 Franklin Street, Lakewood, died Friday July 2, 2010, in Select Specialties Hospital, Erie. A Jamestown native, she was born December 21, 1937, the daughter of the late Wallace and Evelyn Johnston Ostrom. She was a 1955 graduate of Southwestern Central School and was employed by Beltone Hearing Services as office secretary for 35 years. She was a member of Lakewood United Methodist Church. She had a supreme love of life and enjoyed every moment. She loved boating on Chautauqua Lake and traveling with her husband and family. An avid fan of Disney World and football including, the Buffalo Bills, Southwestern Trojans and Maple Grove Red Dragons. She derived the most enjoyment out of her friends and family and watching her children and grandchildren grow up. Surviving are her husband Allen Fredrickson, whom she married April 6, 1957; four children Gail (Ed) Liddell of Bemus Point, Allen (Hope) Fredrickson of Sinclairville, Lorie Jackson and Sheri Stahlman, both of Lakewood; grandchildren Josh (Chantelle) Liddell of Bemus Point, Kiel (Angela) Liddell of Westfield, Michael Jackson and Chris Jackson, both of Lakewood, Corinne Fredrickson and Kelsey Fredrickson, both of Sinclairville and Jessie Stahlman of Lakewood; a sister Ruth Alm of West Palm Beach, FL and a brother Wallace (Kathy) Ostrom of Austin, TX. A private graveside memorial service and celebration of her life will be held in Sunset Hill Cemetery Saturday July 10, 2010. Visitation will not be observed.
