Obituary of Brian T. Snow

Brian T. "Snowy" Snow, 36, of 2967 Moon Road, died Tuesday, July 6, 2010, in WCA Hospital following a brave battle with cancer. He was born February 10, 1974, the son of Thomas Snow and Janet Sanfilippo Snow. He was a 1992 graduate of Falconer Central School and was a 10 year employee of B & L Wholesale, working as a window and door receiver/window warehouse coordinator. Spending time with his friends and family was something Brian cherished. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed 4wheeling, camping, bow hunting, and woodworking. Brian was a key part in planning and coordinating the yearly Special Olympics charity golf tournament which was something very dear to his heart. He will always be remembered as a friend that everyone could count on. He taught his children a love of the outdoors, which will remain with them always. Surviving besides his parents of Jamestown are his wife, the former Stephanie McChesney, whom he married February 20, 2004, on the beach at Casey Key, Florida; two beloved children, Samantha and Cameron Snow, both at home, and a sister Brenda Snow of Jamestown. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Park United Methodist Church, Sinclairville. Rev. James Bailey will officiate. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday in the Lind Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Brian Snow Fund, c/o Jamestown Savings Bank or the Special Olympics.
