Obituary of Zoe Grace Conklin

Zoe Grace Conklin, infant daughter of Todd and Andrea Ferraro Conklin of 23 School St. Panama, died at birth, Thursday (June 25, 2009) in WCA Hospital. Surviving besides her parents are a brother, Jacob Carlson; maternal grandparents, Angelo Ferraro, and Maureen Hawkins; and paternal grandparents, Herb and Dottie Conklin. The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the Lind Funeral Home. The Rev. Daniel W. Cook will officiate. Burial will be in Panama Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lakewood Rod and Gun Club Children's Playground Fund, 433 E. Terrace Ave Lakewood, NY 14750.
