Obituary of Amy G. Ward

Amy G. Ward, 78, formerly of Jamestown, died Wednesday May 27, 2009, in Heritage Village Rehab and Skilled Nursing. She was born August 15, 1930, in Gowanda, a daughter of Pete and Helen Brougham. Surviving are three children Clinton (Flora) Ward of Jamestown, David (Deborah) Ward of Mayville and Gloria (Ed) De Priest of Albuquerque, NM, three grandchildren Tessa Swanson, Todd Swanson and Tabatha Raiola, seven great grandchildren, two brothers Jack Brougham and Clayton (Nancy) Brougham and a sister Kathy Wade. She was preceded in death by her husband Noris Ward who died in 1964. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in the Lind Funeral Home. Inurnment will be in Cottage Cemetery, South Dayton. Friends will be received from 9:30-10 a.m. Monday in the funeral home.
