Obituary of Patricia L. Monaco

Patricia L. Monaco, 60, of 170 Lakeview Ave., Mayville, NY, passed away at 1:00 a.m. Saturday (July 24, 2010) in W.C.A. Hospital. An area resident for most of her life she was born December 5, 1949 in Albuquerque, New Mexico a daughter of the late Arthur Thomas and Ellie Ullrich Curren. Before her retirement she was employed by the Cassadaga Job Corps for 20 years working as a Residential Advisor. She will be remembered as a loving and caring mother, grandmother and friend who loved all kinds of animals. Surviving are her mother Ellie Curren of WA, two sons Michael A. (Amy Chase) Monaco of Frewsburg, James D. (Rhonda Greenman) Monaco, Jr. of Walnut Cove, NC, two daughters Lisa M. Monaco of Erie, PA, Brenda L. Monaco of Jamestown, three grandchildren Destiny L. Greenman, Shelby R. Greenman, Austin J. Monaco all of NC, a sister Betty Lovell of WA, a brother Steve Thomas of WA, her special friend and caregiver Cathy Ratajczak of Jamestown and her favorite dog "Pauline". Besides her father she was preceded in death by a brother Anthony Curren A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Visitation will not be observed.
