Obituary of David Singletary

David C. Singletary, 52, of 112 Anderson St. Jamestown passed away at 3:30 p.m. Friday (August 20, 2010) in his home following a lengthy illness. An area resident since 1992 he was born January 2, 1958 in Kingstree, South Carolina a son of the late John and Lurline Brown Singletary. Surviving are his children, Demetrius, Pam, Joshua, David, Latoyia, Tiarra, JaQuan and Olivia Singletary, seven grandchildren and five sisters. Besides his parents he was preceded in death a son Derrick and several brothers and sisters. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday in the Lind Funeral Home. Visitation will not be observed.
