We were at Aunt Ina's and Jacks a few years back, and Aunt Ina did'nt want Jack to have a beer, and he told her that if Mick was having one, so was he! So, we sat at the kitchen table with Ina and Jack just chatten for hours..she will be missed by all.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the Lairds. I will always remember the fun we had as kids at the family home on Cedar. When my kids were small Todd & I would take them trick or treating at Aunt Ina's and Uncle Jack's. They got a kick out of seeing the kids dressed up and the kids got to know their great Aunt and Uncle a little better. Aunt Ina was a sweetheart and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Oh, the "Aunts", they were so special. And there wasn't anything quite like going to Aunt Iney and Uncle Jack's! So much fun with the cousins! And such good food to eat!! All of us packed into the tiny kitchen, and how we loved it!! I can never eat or make raspberry jam without thinking of Aunt Iney. So many wonderful, special memories of a sweet lady. And she has been missed. Love you, Uncle Jack!

I was one of those "bratty" kids always hanging out at the Lairds. I remember each fall collecting horse chestnuts in a wagon - and why did we do that and what purpose did they have? Some of my best childhood memories are on Cedar Street as a kid.
My thoughts and prayers are with your family.
Love, Debbie

I will always remember Ina, she has been a part of my Jamestown life since I was born. She always had time to come up to Grandma's for cards, coffee, and fun. I have spent countless hours with those two and they always had great stories or advice for me. I treasure all my memories of Ina, she had a good soul and a big heart.

You did her justice with the lovely obituary written. I will miss her very much. As I was reading, I was thinking about the apple sauce and cookies she made. She always had something. The coffee was usually ready. I used to help her wrap christmas presents in the basement in the early '70's. She had a lot to wrap. The spur-of-the-moment card, yatzee and scrabble games. She would play even when she worked nights. She was a good soul and I will miss sitting on the porch with her and Jack. She loved getting out and taking care of her yard. I miss seeing her out mowing and trimming. I will miss her.

Oh how I remember Ina, I was married to Paul Nelsen and knew Ina for many years down on Cedar Ave. She was such a pleasure to talk to and always very busy down there. Her and Jack were always doing something. She will always be a very fond memory of my past. My condolences go out to Jack and her family. God Bless

We came to know and love Ina when Bob and Lisa began going together and then married. We have enjoyed many family gatherings with her as we celebrated the grandchildren's birthday pool parties along with many other family celebrations . We love and cherish the Lairds as "our family" also. Ina will live on in her wonderful, loving and generous children and grandchildren.
With our love and fond memories, dear Ina,
Jim and Elizabeth

I remember Aunt Ina cooking up spaghetti with sausage and serving it up when my family came to visit from Kentucky. Sue and I remember the wedding reception that Ina and all the other Phillips' family members and Grandpa Phillips hosted for us in 1974 when we came to Jamestown the first time after we were married in Idaho. Wonderful memories of a wonderful Aunt. She will be missed by all of us.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Uncle Jack and all the Laird family.
