Obituary of Olivia Deck

Olivia Sharon Deck, infant daughter of Karl T. and Amy Jo Giambelluca Deck of 30 North Alleghany Ave. W.E. Jamestown was born and passed away on Thursday (September 30, 2010) in Brooks Memorial Hospital, Dunkirk, NY. Surviving besides her parents are two brothers Karl T. Deck, II, Michael T. Deck, a sister Natasha Lynn Deck all at home, her maternal grandparents Michael and Sharon Giambelluca of Jamestown, her paternal grandparents Kathleen Johnson of Lakewood, Theodore Deck of Ashville and her maternal great grandparents Sophie Pantall of Jamestown, Shirley Giambelluca of Frewsburg, her aunt Kelly Deck of Lakewood and her uncle Todd Giambelluca of Kennedy. She was preceded in death by her maternal great grandparents Thomas Pantall and Carl Giambelluca and her paternal great grandparents Milford and Ruth Deck, Everett and Amy Ten Huisen, and Olivia TenHuisen. The funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday in the Immanuel Lutheran Church. The Rev. John P. Saraka, pastor will officiate. Burial will be in the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday in the Lind Funeral Home.
