Obituary of Timothy C. Johnson

Timothy C. Johnson, 60, of 36 Elliott Avenue passed away at 2:25 p.m. Saturday (November 27, 2010) in W.C.A. Hospital. A lifelong area resident he was born April 20, 1950 in Jamestown, NY a son of the late Oliver E. "O.J." Johnson, Jr. and Carolyn White Johnson. Before his retirement he was employed as a pipefitter for the UA Local #22 Plumbers and Steamfitters Union, Buffalo, NY for 35 years. He also was an accomplished woodworker and loved to listen to music. Surviving are two sons David Johnson of Sarasota, FL, Jacob Johnson of Jamestown, a granddaughter Kaydance Barton of Jamestown and two sisters Nancy Hocenic, Sheila Forehand both of Naples FL. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday in the Lind Funeral Home. Friends will be received for one hour prior to the service.
