Obituary of Charles P. Green

Charles P. Green Sr., 66, of 10 Thayer St Jamestown, died at 4:22 pm Tuesday (December 7, 2010) in the Emergency Room at WCA Hospital. He was born March 9, 1944 in Bradford, PA the son of the late Leon P. and Jean L. Kinney Green Sr. For over 40 years, Charles was a self employed contractor. Surviving are his children, Tina (Roger) Coder of Turtle Point, PA; Jean (Tony) Patrizi of Jamestown; Charles P. (Cherish) Green Jr. of Chautauqua; Christopher P. Green (Barbara Loveless) of Great Valley; 14 grandchildren, Christina, Brandy, Cody, and Breanna Coder, all of Turtle Point; Amber, Desarae, Clairissa, Brandon, and Ericka Patrizi, all of Jamestown; Sky and Chearikie Green, both of Chautauqua; Brittany, Briane, and Colt Green, all of Great Valley; four great grandchildren; four brothers, Donald Green of Port Allegany, PA; Philip (Harvetta) Green of Kane, PA; David (Maria) Green of San Antonio, TX; Leon (Brenda) Green of Port Allegany; a sister, Mary (Kevin) Mayer of Bradford, PA; and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Dick and Ronnie Green; and a sister, Wilma Griffith. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Visitation will not be observed. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lung and Cystic Fibrosis Logan Patrizi Fund c/o Women's and Children's Hospital of Buffalo, 219 Bryant St. Buffalo, NY 14222.
