Obituary of Paul Thomas Emhardt

Paul Thomas Emhardt, 55, of 2438 N. Maple Ave. Ashville, NY, formerly of Meadows Road Dewittville, NY and Weldbank, PA died Friday (February 11, 2011) in his home. He was born November 14, 1955 in Warren, PA the son of the late Fred and Gretchen Johnson Emhardt. Paul was a 1973 graduate of Warren Area High School and attended Williamsport Area Community College. He was co-owner along with his brother Don of Westfield Electric Supply Co. Earlier, he worked as a welder for 10 years, and a journeyman electrician for 10 years. Paul was a member of IBEW Local 56 in Erie, PA and attended the Bemus Point United Methodist Church. Paul loved Harley Davidsons, the Washington Redskins, and his dogs. He also loved being outdoors. He is survived by his wife, Linda Moore Emhardt whom he married May 21, 1977 at the First Baptist Church in Warren, PA; his brother, Don (Kathy) Emhardt of Dewittville, NY; his sister, Laura (Larry) Mohney of Pittsfield, PA; the "out-laws", Steve (Sandy) Moore of Scottdale, PA; Jan (Barb) Moore of Middletown, OH; Patti (Tom) Seth, Don (Karen) Moore, and Sara (Murph) Schreckengost all of Warren, PA; several nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and great nephews. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Warren Cancer Care Center, 2 W. Crescent Park, Warren, PA 16365-2111.
