Many memories of Olaf, growing up around the Larsen house and various kitchens, running through the Gokey Center and Commons Mall, seeing him prepping and cooking, and wondering what he was thinking to himself about "what foolishness are those boys getting into now?" Olaf was a kind, giving person a gentle soul and easy to talk to about life experiences whether it was your life or his. There is much to be said about his danishes, and the world is blessed he passed on his secrets to the Larsen's. He will be missed.
