Obituary of Robert E. Manning

Robert E. Manning, 58, of 91 Harris Ave., died Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at Brooks Memorial Hospital in Dunkirk. He was born Sept. 3, 1952 in Bradford, PA, a son of the late Charles and Helen Ruby Manning, and had been employed by the Resource Center in Jamestown for many years. Surviving are two sisters, Sharon Aldrich of Jamestown and Christine Denny of Bradford; a brother, Harold Webster of Florida; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Elizabeth and Laura Jean Manning. The funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday in the Lind Funeral Home. Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery. Friends will be received for one hour prior to the service in the funeral home Sunday.
