Obituary of Robert A. Perry

Robert Arthur "Bob" Perry of West Ellicott, died Saturday May 21, 2011 at WCA Hospital. Bob was born August 7, 1957 to Jeannette Lee Perry and the late George L. Perry. Bob was the owner and operator of Bob's Garage and Towing for 34 years. He was a 1976 graduate of Southwestern High School and BOCES graduate as an automotive technician. Bob married Patti Perry on August 7, 1988. He was a very family oriented man. His family and friends were priority in his life. He would do anything to help anyone. Bob was a member of the Lakewood Rod and Gun Club; NFIB; and a Towing Association. Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife, Patricia Bell Perry; a daughter, Dannielle Marie Perry; a brother, Michael (Rosann) Perry; two sisters, Susan (Charles) DiVincenzo and Lynne (Carl) Vilardo; a lifelong best friend, Doug Erickson; also nieces, Alexa Vilardo, Valerie Bell; nephews, Cal Vilardo; Wyatt and Walker Perry; Godchildren, Amanda and Christopher Erickson. The funeral service will be held at 11 AM Wednesday in the Lind Funeral Home. The Rev. Dan Nagle, pastor of First Lutheran Church will officiate. Friends will be received from 6 to 9 PM Tuesday in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Chautauqua County Humane Society, 2825 Strunk Road, Jamestown, NY 14701.
