Obituary of Jeannine J. Troutman

Jeannine J. Troutman, 73, of 235 Fulton St. died Tuesday June 21, 2011 at the Lutheran Home and Rehabilitation Center. She was born July 25, 1937 in East Otto, NY the daughter of the late Earl and Viola Spickler Jenkins. Jeannine was a graduate of Jamestown High School and a member of Zion Tabernacle. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and baking cookies, especially for Vacation Bible School. She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Robert H. "Bob" Troutman; two sons, Terry and Keith Gowan, both of Jamestown; three grandsons, Keith II, David, and Brandon; a great granddaughter, Brehanna Lynn; two sisters, Dawn Hamby of Dewittville; Jerri Nutting of Jamestown; and a brother, Kenneth Jenkins of Randolph. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Luther and Earle Jenkins. A Memorial Service will be held at 2 PM Saturday in the Lind Funeral Home. The Rev. Robert E. Reeves will officiate. Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery. Friends will be received for one hour prior to the service on Saturday in the funeral home.
