Obituary of Loraine Towne

G. Loraine Towne, 81, of Busti, NY, died Monday August 1, 2011 and left her loved ones to be with her Lord Jesus Christ. She was born July 7, 1930 in Buffalo, NY the daughter of Lyle and Arloine Holmes Casler and moved to Frewsburg, NY in 1935. Loraine had been employed for many years at Lutheran Social Services. She had many interests including reading, crocheting, baking, working on their farm, and bookkeeper for their trucking company. Her greatest joy was the very large family her and her husband Milford "Tony" Towne shared for 37 years. Surviving besides her husband Tony are, her children, Cedric Stewart Jr.; Gail Stewart-Wallace; Cathy Loucks; Cindy Lusk; Randy Luther; Curtis Towne; the twins, Donna Fiscus and Deanna Hollabaugh; 19 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Craig Allen Stewart. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Visitation will not be observed.
