Obituary of Helen M. Brosius

Helen M. Brosius, 60, formerly of 110 W. Third Street, died Wednesday November 9, 2011, in Heritage Park Rehab and Skilled Nursing. She was born June 2, 1951, in Lackawanna, NY, a daughter of the late Earl and Maryann Hojnacki Banaziak. She graduated from Gowanda High School and later from Jamestown School of Nursing. She was employed by Tri County Hospital, Bradford Hospital and Case Knife Factory. She was a communicant of St. James Catholic Church. Surviving are four children Elizabeth (Todd) Dougherty, Ammon Brosius, Tammy Brosius and Sherryann Brosius all of Jamestown and a sister Ann (Gary, Sr.) Laskey of Gowanda. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Kermit Brosius, whom she married January 12, 1974 and who died September 23, 2006. A private service was held in the Lind Funeral Home.
