Obituary of Mary R. Danson

Mary R. Danson, 52, of Jamestown, died Wednesday November 30, 2011, in WCA Hospital. She was born March 28, 1959, in Niagara Falls, NY, a daughter of Edward and Jean Caccamise Kosmalski. She was a graduate of Jamestown Community College and Jamestown Business College and had also attended Edinboro University. She had been employed by Chautauqua County working in the finance department in Mayville. She was a communicant of Holy Apostles Parish Ss Peter and Paul Catholic Church. She thoroughly enjoyed horses. Surviving besides her mother of Jamestown, are two children Karen and Joseph Danson of Jamestown; grandmother Ardith Caccamise of Jamestown; uncle David Caccamise of Jamestown; aunt Nina Papperman of Interlaken, NY and three cousins Sara, Emily and Daniel Papperman. Besides her father she was preceded in death by grandparents Dr. George Caccamise and Gertrude Moynihan Caccamise and two uncles George Caccamise, Jr. and Jere Caccamise. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday in Holy Apostles Parish, Ss Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Rev. Dennis W. Mende will be celebrant. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends will be received from 2-4 p.m. Sunday in the Lind Funeral Home, where a Christian Wake Service will be led at 1:45 p.m. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, PO Box 1893, Memphis, TN 38101-9950.
