Obituary of Marilyn E. Peiffer

Marilyn E. Peiffer, 81, of 2345 W. Lake Road, Ashville, died Sunday December 25, 2011, in WCA Hospital. She was born March 30, 1930, in Jamestown, a daughter of the late Charles and Elsie Eckstrom Harrison. Surviving are four daughters Karen (Gary) SaGurney of Lakewood, Sandra Kearney of Busti, Sueann Britton of Frewsburg and Linda (Norm) Ecker of Panama; ten grandchildren Michael Kearney, Karen Kearney, Stacey (Troy) Davenport, Sherrie (Dave) Cline, Melissa (Scott) Hultberg, Billy Britton, Matthew (Leah) SaGurney, Jay SaGurney, Todd Seiberg and Jason (Vicki) Seiberg; 13 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; two sisters Nancy J. Johnson of Jamestown and Betty A. Sager of Jamestown and North Fort Myers, FL and a son-in-law Brian Kearney of Blockville. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward William Peiffer, whom she married May 15, 1948 and who died May 18, 2008, a son-in-law William F. Britton November 30, 2011and a brother Charles Harrison. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Lind Funeral Home. Pastor Lee O'Brien will officiate. Inurnment will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery. Friends will be received for one hour prior to the service in the funeral home.
