My condolences to your family at this very sad time.
My mom, Margaret Delong (Kennebeck) was a friend of Kay's and Joan's. My mom has been gone 4 1/2 years. I know they will enjoy each other's company in heaven.
Again, I'm so sorry.

I worked with Kay when she was a nursing supervisor at WCA. She was the perfect example of a professional nurse, and always put the patient first. She had a wisdom and quiet charm that put everyone at ease. I remember her excitement when she retired and moved to be near her children. God blessed us when he gave us Kay.

My heart is saddened with the passing of Kay. I worked with Kay for many years. She was an exceptional person and a great nurse. I looked up to her and valued her caring, compassionate and knowledgeable work ethic. I cherish the luncheons she, Ruth C., and Ruth J. had together. Those were memorable times that will not be forgotten. She was very much a part of my life for many years. My thoughts and prayers go out to Karry, Todd, Kevin, grandchildren and all of Kay's family. Kay was very special and leaves a special legacy to all who knew her.

Karry and family, I remember the days that you and I both lived in the same apt bldg...and when I met your mom and dad I could'nt believe how much they were like my own parents! I loved your family gatherings as your dad was such a fun loving dad and your mom was quiet unless your dad needed put in his place! I remember when my mom passed away and how much YOU helped me and was there for me, I wish I could do the same but we will make up for all that when you get back to Erie. I hope you find comfort knowing your mom and dad are together again and watching over their family.

I will always remember Aunt Kay from when I was very young staying at the lake. Aunt Kay would come up to visit in a 1965(?) Ford Mustang. She and Uncle Jerry would kid around with me. I also remember her cruising around in her little Volkswagon Beetle. I always thought she was cool.
