We so enjoyed our time with Wes and Sally while we were a part of Zion. Wes was a steadfast and powerful force in the church as he lived out his commitment to Jesus and to the church, specifically Zion Covenant. We treasure our meals together. He kept us entertained and grounded because of his strong faith and desire to serve our Lord in Jamestown. We remember him with great fondness and love. blessings to Sally and the family.

To the entire Chall family: We were so saddened by the sudden loss of Dr Chall. He was not only a great dentist, but a wonderful, kind man, who would stop and say "Hello" if you ran into him out shopping. He always took the time to talk and tell stories. He has left a huge empty hole in this community with his passing. May God Bless you and keep you close in the days to come.

We are grateful for his excellence in treating us, and especially his patience. Our sincere sympathy to the entire family. May he rest in peace.

Wes was such a wonderful friend, along with his beautiful wife Sally. They literally wrapped me in arms of love and support when my oldest daughter was born. I enjoyed his company, playing softball together for the Zion team, being my dentist, and singing next to him in the Zion choir was a wonderful experience. As long as I followed him I made no mistakes. He and Sally epitomized Christianity. I shall miss his presence in this world, but know that he is having a wonderful time singing 1st bass in the heavenly choir. Ever since we heard the news, Marsha and I have be praying for God's comfort on his family.

You are exceptional people and while I only had the opportunity to meet Wes on a couple of occassions, I noticed he had a way of making a positive impact on people. He certainly will be missed, and I know when the family looks up into the heavens at night, there will be one additional shining star, reflecting his presence. May God bless Wes, and comfort his family and friends.

To one of the greatest dentist in the world, this is going to sound funny but when i moved out of my mom's house when i got married about 1974 i went through some old papers and i found there was a bill for a tooth that had been taken out by you,and you had charged my mom $3.40 for great relief to me.the date of the bill was somewhere in the early 60's. so a big thank you to someone who really cared about someone who was in great pain. anyways thank you again

I met Dr. Chall when he took me as a patient many years ago. I was in my 20's and needed his help.
All the years I was cared by him he was a gentle and a skillful dentist. I was not eager to have my teeth worked on and he always did a gentle and through job. His work was pretty much painless and it lasted for 40 years.
He didn't talk very much but I felt comfortable and at ease.
I never knew he was a singer.
How wonderful to be in the choir for so many years.
My husband and I was talking about Dr. Chall just the other day. We both agreed he was the best dentist we ever had the pleasure to be treated by.
He was loved.
Most Sincerely,
Karen Robison

Extending sympathy, thoughts and prayers to the family of Dr. Chall. He was our family dentist all of my growing up years. I never liked trips to the dentist but he had a way of making your visit a lot more pleasant, from my favorite small chair in the waiting room to the rings I would get to choose at the end of my appointment. Thanks, in part, to him telling my mother to 'see Mr. Goodwin and get Crest' for my cavity prone teeth I still have my own today. Although we are saddened to have lost a great man here on Earth we can rejoice in knowing he is now happily singing in Heaven's great choir.

Kris and Family: I hope that the words of the Bible that say "Blessed are they that mourn for they shall be comforted" will be especially true for you. My prayers will be that you find comfort in your faith as you make it through this very difficult time. Mourning a loss as great as this is not easy, however, I hope it is made more bearable by your faith. Knowing that death marks a beginning, not just an end, is one of the most comforting principles that faith teaches. My thoughts and prayers are with you all as you mourn your loss.
