Obituary of Carol I. Mullhaupt
Carol I. Mullhaupt, 84, of 628 Murphy Road, Winter Spring, FL, died Friday February 10, 2012, in Parks Health Care and Rehab, Orlando.
A Jamestown native, she was born July 15, 1927, a daughter of Ivan and Mary Richtarsic Lewis.
She was a graduate of Jamestown High School.
While living in the Jamestown area she was employed as a legal secretary by various attorneys. She was a member of Lakewood Rod and Gun Club and American Legion Auxiliary.
Surviving are a son Terry Pettit of Winter Springs, FL; six grandchildren Jason, Heather, Cassie, Taija, Marie and Andrew Pettit; two great grandchildren Taylor DeCosta and Makala Pettit; a step son James Mullhaupt of Bradenton, FL; two step grandchildren Amy Saporito and Kym Kannan; three step great grandchildren and a sister Jeannine Churchill.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband Fred Pettit, her second husband Alfred Mullhaupt; two sons Mark and Dale Pettit; a brother Jack Lewis and a sister Elona Grady.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Lind Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Frewsburg.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
