I did not know Anna but I remember Betty in high school. I send my sincere condolences to Betty. I was really surprised to read that the Intibar's owned the Carlson's Bakery, one of my favorite memories as a child. I would be sent to buy Limpa bread, Vienna bread, cream puffs and jelly tarts. Carlson's had a truck that delivered so the kids coming from Washington Jr. High stopped to buy treats. Through the years it seems no one remembered Carlson's so it was a delight to find that such a wonderful lady was part of it. May she rest in PEACE. Peggy (in Georgia)

I will always have fond memories of Ann, "Mrs. Intihar" to me, the neighbor next door. Ann was always tolerant of the ball or frisbie that came over the hedges. As her paperboy, like my brothers, she welcomed me in on cold winter days. In later years, I made it a point to say hello whenever I was back to visit Linwood Ave. in Jamestown. She seemed as pround of me and my brothers as she was of her own. My condolences to all in the Intihar family.

My deepest sympathies in the loss of a loving mother and grandmother. May it help you to know that the hearts of others are deeply touched by your loss. Although our hearts ache, we can find comfort in the God of all comfort whose is near to us with a broken heart.

We got to know Anna a few years ago when we started to bring her Holy Communion. We learned so much from her about Jamestown and Kane, Pa. We usually came when she was listening to her polkas. She always said, "My feet are still dancing." We left with cinnamon rolls and crocheted items. Anna was a lovely and caring lady who we will miss very much. We know she is dancing in heaven now. I remember Ann - always with a smile. My mother - Lillian O'Brien worked for her and Laddie at Carlson's Bakery and they were together again at G.G's Card store. Always warm and friendly, Ann was a joy to be with. Deep Sympathy to Betty, Jim, and families.

I will always have fond memories of Ann - who will always be Mrs. Intihar to me - as a warm and friendly person. I grew up next to her and her husband, and like my brothers, delivered their newspaper for a number of years. It's hard to imagine her not living on Linwood Avenue anymore. My deepest condolences to the family. May her memory be eternal.

Ann and husband Laddie, as we called him, were our neighbors for 30 years. They witnessed our children grow up and we did theirs. They were ideal neighbors, which I suspect had much to do with our longevity next door. Ann was a gracious lady, always friendly and compassionate, never imposing. As the years passed, we came to love her. We have missed her since we left Jamestown, seeing her whenever we returned for a brief visit, wherein she would always present us with a fresh supply of crocheted slippers and some delectables she had baked. We will continue to miss her. Our deepest condolences go out to Betty and Jim and family. You along with Ann will be in our thoughts and prayers.
