I'm sorry to hear of George's passing. He and my father were cousins, although they sadly didn't have much contact.
Reading these candles makes you realize what a great man he was.
I would be interested in taking up contact with my US relatives. Just leave a note here and we can work something out. I hope this will lead to something positive.
My deepest regards,
P. Emanuelsson

Dick
To a very nice man who always had opened arms for me from the first time I met him. I had instant respect for him and Elaine. I was so lucky to become a part of Dick’s family and was always treated as a son, not an In-law. Dick opened his heart and home to me as Cyndi and I had a family and he was so proud of his Grand-children. Dick was a Proud Veteran; Great Husband; Father and Grandfather, and to me he was Dick, my second Dad, I’ll never forget you!
Love
Kevin

Huuuuuuga!
We'll miss overcooked chicken and burgers on the grill, waiting for him to finish his dressing routine on Christmas morning, his endless knowledge of all things war, model sets, and airplanes, and fish fry at the War Vets.
Love and miss you grandpa,
Liz and Ben

I am very sorry to hear of the passing of George. My dad and George were friends. I remember bringing our massive, 1980's television to his house to be fixed at one point. Such a nice and helpful man. My prayers and thoughts are with your family in this time of need. May God watch over you <3
