Obituary of Jane M. Boltz

Jane Marie Boltz, 70, of 862 Foote Avenue in Jamestown, died Friday, April 20, 2012 in WCA Hospital. Jane was born January 6, 1942, the daughter of the late Edward D. and Maggie Mae Davis Boltz of Portland, NY. Surviving are her four brothers: Jim (Carol H.) Boltz of Fredonia, John (Carol G.) and Jerry (Margie) Boltz, both of Portland, and Joseph (Kate McIntee) Boltz of Webster. Several nieces and nephews also survive. A private family committal service will be held at the Portland Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will not be observed. As flowers are gratefully declined, the family suggests memorials be made to The Resource Center Memorial Program, 200 Dunham Ave., Jamestown, NY 14701 favoring "Celebration of Life"; or to a charity of one's choice.
