Obituary of Terry L. Olson

Terry L. Olson, 55, of 23 Tew St. Jamestown died unexpectedly from natural causes, Thursday April 26, 2012 in his home. He was born August 26, 1956 in Jamestown the son of the late Lavern C. and Lois Carlson Olson. He was employed by Roehl Transport Inc as a truck driver. Terry enjoyed motorcycles throughout his lifetime. In his younger years he raced motocross and as an adult he enjoyed riding street bikes. He was interested in timber frame structure and design. He aspired to design and construct a new home. As a hobby, he worked on restoring his classic Ford truck. He also loved animals, especially Tanker and Red. He was an active member of Shepherd's Chapel, P.O. Box 416, Gravette, AR 72736. He is survived by his sister, Judy L. Olson of Dunkirk; his aunt, Eleanor Swanson of Jamestown; and cousins, Peggy (Ronnie) Schnars, Susan (Edward) Marchincin, Steve (Julie) Swanson, Karin and Don Hook, Steve Hook, Kirsten and Mike Bishop. He was preceded in death by his parents, aunts, and uncles. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday May 6 in the Lind Funeral Home. The Rev. Alison L. Leitzel will officiate.
