Bill never came I to the house when he didn't rush to give me a bear hug and three pats on my back. He loved a well cooked meal and always had seconds. In a house full of family, he often ended up talking to the kids, poking fun and laughing. Our dog Abby was frightened of his big voice at first, but soon learned to come to him for a rub behind the ears. He was more than family, he was a friend and a mentor.....always ready to help fix things. Peaches and I will miss him so

Rest in peace my caring, giving, and sometimes crazy Brother. You were much more than just a brother to me. You were a teacher, a helper, a funny guy, and a friend. We had many good times and bad together than no one else will ever be able to duplicate. Until we meet again...with all my love!

My Uncle Bill was the one and only person that I ever knew who would trust me with a gun in my hand. I have many fond memories of learning how to handle and shoot a pistol(be-be gun) on his back porch when I was young. He always had an amazing voice that I could sit and listen to for hours. You will be sadly missed and I am sad that my daughter will not be able to experience you as I did. With all my love.

Bill had a smile for everyone. He was always up and always had such a positive attitude. I don't even remember when I first met Bill, but once you met him, you had a friend for life. The world is a little bit darker without his sweet smile and happy laugh. I'm going to miss you dear friend.
