Pat worked with my mom at the after school program for quite sometime. She was very kid -friendly, funny and down to earth. Even recently, if I saw her out and about, she always remembered me and would stop to catch up for a minute. She will be very dearly missed.

Pat was an amazing person and will be sadly missed. She tolerated the shenanigans Andy and I (and others - you all know who you are - LOL) put her and Ronnie through over the last 30 years. I will never forget the wonderful things she did for me when I was young and will remember her fondly.

What an amazing, dedicated and caring women. Pat will be sadly missed by all that knew her. She is being welcomed into heaven with the same love and affection that she gave to so many families and players who came to visit our town during the Babe Ruth World Series.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to her family. God Bless.

I have known Pat since 1980 which was the year of our very first Babe Ruth World Series in Jamestown. I had learned that the Babe Ruth World Series needed Host Families and I contacted Pat and that's when a long and rewarding friednship began for me with Pat and with Babe Ruth Baseball.Pat was an extrodinary woman with a gift for making you comfortable and welcome no matter what the circumstances were. It was obvious to me from the beginning that Pat was a caring and loving individual with a special place in her heart for America's favorite pastime...baseball..but particularly Babe Ruth Baseball. Farewell my friend....you have touched my life and the lives of my family not to mention the countless Babe Ruth Baseball Host Parents, players & coaches and volunteers all across the USA and Canada. Your undying love for the youth of our community and for the great sport of baseball has been evident throughout your tenure as a Babe Ruth Baseball volunteer in Jamestown. We will all miss you and your enthusiam for our youth and for your love of your community through your dedication and service to Babe Ruth Baseall and the Jamestown Babe Ruth World Series Committee. May you rest in peace and may God Bless you and your family. My life has been enriched for having known you and I am proud to have called you my friend...!!!

What a small world rings true with my experience knowing Pat. I had the pleasure of working with her and traveling with her to Hershey for work twice. I did NOT want to fly. She was my rock as we took that little puddle jumper from Jamestown airport. Years later my daughter told me about the woman that was going to deliver books of wedding invitations for her to look at....it was Pat.My son in law Tage, also knew Andy and his wife. Then last year aftering moving back to the area, bought his first house. He was telling me about his awesome neighbors. Guess who? Pat and Ron Ohl of course. I never got to see her when I visited my brother the few times I was there. When he told me she was sick I felt so bad. I am sure Pat is up there chatting with someone I love and have lost, after all...it is such a small world! Prayers and sympathy to her family. Find peace in knowing how many lives she touched.

You are all in our hearts and prayers. We were blessed to meet and work with Pat on the Babe Ruth World Series Committee. What an inspiration to learn from Pat how to prepare our hometown for the young athletes and their families, to be sure their experience here was the very best!
Everyone saw and felt Pat's heart, she shared it with all of us.
May God wrap His loving arms of comfort and strength around you today.

I had the pleasure of meeting Pat through friends, as she did our wedding invitations. I have never met such a generous and caring women! She truly cared about people and wanted the best for everyone, even if she had only known them a short while. I'm so glad I got to know Pat and spend a little time with her. God received one of the most amazing angels. Thinking of her family and friends during this time!

I first met Pat over 20 years ago when I received a phone call from her asking if my family and I would "host" some kids for the Babe Ruth World Series. By the time I hung up the phone I realized I had agreed to have 4 young men stay with us....that is how dedicated and persuasive Pat is. She will be sorely missed by all connected with Jamestown Youth baseball as well as everybody in the community. Pat was one of the big reasons Jamestown enjoys such a fine reputation as a warm and friendly community. There will not be a ball game I attend where I won't think of her. Rest in Peace, Pat. Love, Doug Berlin and Family
