I,m so sorry to hear about Don. He was my neighbor for awhile in Dunkirk. We hit it off, and I will miss him greatly. He was a very honest and caring man. Sorry I can,t make services on Friday. My wife and I have all of you in our prayers.

Dan: My condolences to you and your family during this difficult time. I worked with your dad some 25 years ago at Bennie Anderson Trucking and our paths crossed several times since. If there was one thing Don was better at than driving truck it was shooting the breeze..I'll fondly remember Don and our many bs sessions. May he rest peacefully. Your grade school friend, Larry

Don was a great person and employee to Chautauqua Adult Day Care. Everyone enjoyed his company...he always had a smile on his face and a kind word for all. On a personal note he and Ruth were good friend to my parents. God Bless. Karen Lucks

So sad to read of Don's passing. He was one of my favorite swimmers at the Boys and Girls Club. During my tenure as lifeguard, Don came in a couple of times each week and we'd talk about everything from his flea marketing and collecting to missing his wife to following the Band. Always enjoyed our visits!
