Obituary of Lillian T. Baglia

Lillian T. Baglia, 88, formerly of 103 Oak St. Jamestown, NY died peacefully on Monday April 1, 2013 at Tanglewood Manor. An area resident most of her life, she was born July 28, 1924 in Jamestown the daughter of Angelo and Sara Brunacini Terrano. She graduated from Jamestown Public Schools in 1942 and worked for many years until she retired as a hairdresser for Marie's Beauty Salon, later at Raffo's Beauty Shop and also Sugar and Spice Beauty Salon. She loved cooking, baking, gardening, and touched many lives with her kindness and love. She was devoted to her family and grandchildren. Surviving are a son, John (Linda) Bagley of Randolph, NY; two grandchildren, Zachariah (Jonelle) Baglia of St. Louis, MO; Stacey (Scott) Lux of Randolph; four great grandchildren, McKenzie and Jordan Lux, and Ryah and Ella Baglia. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph J. Baglia whom she married July 27, 1946 and who died February 19, 2007; three sisters, Rose Runfolo, Emma Mongine, and Jean Tantillo; and four brothers, Charles, Richard, Samuel, and Joseph Terrano. No service or visitation will be observed. Please remember Lillian in your thoughts and prayers. Entombment will be in the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum.
