Obituary of Daniel R. Ingerson
Daniel R. Ingerson, 56, of 74 W. Chadakoin St., Celoron, died Thursday, May 30, 2013 in WCA Hospital.
He was born May 23, 1957 in Jamestown, a son of Lillian Hultman Ingerson and the late Ronald L. Ingerson, and was a 1975 graduate of Clymer Central School.
An area automobile mechanic for many years, Dan worked more recently for Newarks Automobile Service in Jamestown.
He was a member of the Chautauqua Lake Fishing Association and enjoyed hunting, archery and fishing.
In addition to his mother of Jamestown, Dan is survived by his wife, Barbara Rowley Ingerson, whom he married March 19, 2005; a daughter, Coty Ingerson; five sons, Matt, Ronald, Daniel, Thomas and Timothy Ingerson, all of Jamestown; three sisters: Jeanette Slagle (Rick Kibbe) and Debra Pawloski (Jeffrey), both of Celoron, and Susan Selle (Frank) of Jamestown; two brothers: David Ingerson (Christine) of Celoron and James Ingerson of Lander, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father in 1975.
The funeral will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday in the Lind Funeral Home.
Friends will be received for two hours prior to the service, from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.
