Obituary of Teresa J. Vetillaro

Teresa J. Vetillaro, 91, of Jamestown passed away Thursday (June 26, 2013) in Buffalo General Hospital, Buffalo, NY. An area resident for most of her life she was born March 31, 1922 in Reynoldsville, PA, a daughter of the late Joseph and Leonarda Baldi Lisciandro. She was a communicant of St. James Catholic Church. Surviving is a daughter Linda L. (Jim) Strong of West Ellicott, a son Daniel (Gloria) Vetillaro of Jamestown, two grandchildren Curtis (Julie) Strong of Lakewood, NY, Douglas Vetillaro of Fredonia, NY and three great grandchildren Cooper, Evan and Collin Strong, and a sister Grace Milioto of Jamestown. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Frank C. Vetillaro whom she married March 4, 1946 and who died April 22, 1992, two brothers John and Leonard Lisciandro and seven sisters Josephine VanOrman, Rose Russo, Mary Schwert, Angeline Starner, Frances Enserro, Lucy Domenici and Jennie Foti. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Visitation will not be observed. Burial will be in the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hospice Chautauqua County, 20 West Fairmount Ave. Lakewood, NY 14750 or to a charity of one's choice. .
