Obituary of Jean E. Manhart

Jean E. Manhart, 81, of 1700 Wellman Road, Ashville, died Saturday October 5, 2013, in WCA Hospital. She was the widow of Ronald Manhart, Sr. She had been employed by the Comfort Inn as a housekeeper and earlier had worked for Acu-Rite. She was a member of Jamestown Moose Lodge Chapter 87 and was an avid bingo player. Surviving are three children Ronald (Kathy) Manhart, Robert (Betty) Manhart and Delores (Doug) Ryan all of Jamestown; ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Besides her husband who died in 2002, she was preceded in death by a son Danny Manhart and two sisters Louise and Margaret. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Lind Funeral Home. Rev. Rick Miller, pastor of Zion Covenant Church will officiate. Inurnment will be in Wellman Road Cemetery. Friends will be received for one hour prior to the service in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Jamestown Moose Lodge, 405 E. 5th Street, Jamestown, NY 14701.
