Dear Melanie, Michele and Families,
Please accept my deepest sympathy on the loss of your Mom. We were lifelong friends, growing up together on Sampson Street and attending the same schools through high school in Jamestown. We kept in touch on and off through the years and re-connected recently when I obtained and sent her a copy of the 1940 US Census, which brought back many memories of the old neighborhood for both of us. She was a wonderful lady who will be greatly missed.
