Obituary of Michael T. Molea

Michael T. Molea, 80, of 154 East Terrace Ave. Lakewood, NY passed away at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, February 13, 2014, in W.C.A. Hospital. An area resident for the past 20 years, he was born February 23, 1933 in Buffalo, NY a son of the late Samuel and Mary Vertino Molea. Before his retirement he was a self-employed Artist and Carpenter for many years. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving from 1953-1956. Surviving are two nephews, Marcus Molea of Columbus, OH, David (Felicia) Molea of Madison, WI, a sister-in-law Nellie Molea of Columbus, OH and his special friend Terry Brandow of Lakewood, NY. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Dr. John Molea. The funeral service and time of visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday in the Lind Funeral Home. Pastor Carm Taylor will officiate. Burial will be in the Elmlawn Cemetery, Tonawanda, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Southern Tier Kidney Association, P.O. Box 834, Jamestown, NY 14701. .
