Obituary of Angeline B. Cresanti
Angeline B. Cresanti, 87, formerly of 298 South Main St. Jamestown, passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2014, in the Heritage Village Rehab and Skilled Nursing Facility.
A lifelong area resident, she was born October 5, 1926 in Jamestown, NY a daughter of the late Crochetta "Croce" and Jacqueline Restivo Pepe.
She was a communicant of St. James Roman Catholic Church.
In previous years she was employed by the former Jamestown Worsted Mills, the former Crescent Tool Company and the former Jamestown Stamp Company.
Surviving are three children; John (Lynn) Cresanti, Sr. of Bemus Point, NY, Jacqueline Marie (William) Lindquist of Canton, OH, Carol Jean (Charles) Wilson of Georgetown, TX, five grandchildren; John (Candace) Cresanti of Bemus Point, Jason (Michelle) Cresanti, Michael B. Lindquist, Catherine Marie Lindquist both of TX, Christine (Chad) Green of Spring, TX and ten great grandchildren.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Samuel Cresanti whom she married September 13, 1944 and who died November 20, 2001, three sisters; Josephine Cimino, Edith LaBodie, Margaret Perry and a brother Samuel Pepe.
A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m Tuesday, February 25, 2014, at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum. Deacon Michael Lennon of St. James Catholic Church will officiate. Visitation will not be observed.
