Dear Phyllis and Family [Was out of town our I would have been there for you today]
When someone you love has died, he will bestow his light on you from wherever he is. The attributes, genius, and talents that were Lewis' will come to inhabit you in a strange, mysterious way; his absence will fill you with his presence.
This is Lewis Albert James' legacy. In the midst of your loss, this is his gift. Wait for it; look for it. Expect it and surely each and everyone one of you will receive it.
