Obituary of Randall P. Trisket
Randall Paul Trisket, 61, of 256 Willard St., Jamestown, died unexpectedly Sunday, August 10, 2014 in his home.
He was born August 28, 1952 in Corry, PA, a son of the late Richard P. and Pauline Faust Trisket. He was a 1970 graduate of Corry Area High School and attended Jamestown Community College.
Randy was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving from 1970 until his discharge in 1974 as an Electrician's Mate Fireman. He served aboard the USS Dahlgren with his brother and aboard the USS Vulcan.
He had been employed by Niagara Mohawk working on electrical towers, by Hagan Business Machines, as a self-employed electrician, and as a part-time bartender.
Randy enjoyed playing guitar and singing and had played with a band in clubs. He also enjoyed riding motorcycles, carpentry and sitting around a bonfire with friends; and he loved spending time with and cooking for his family.
He is survived by three daughters: Cassandra Seeley, Charity (Bill) Crossley and Carrie Trisket, all of Jamestown; a step-daughter, Tricia Calcaterra of Titusville, PA; foster-daughter, Sonya Seekings of Pittsburgh, PA and foster-son, Johnny Wynn of Jamestown; two sisters, Janice (Larry) Buell of Corry, PA and Pamela (Robert) Brimmer of S. Dennis, MA; and two step-brothers: David (Rose) Davis of Edinburg, PA and Rodney (Julie) Davis of Pulaski, PA. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, five foster-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and a great-great niece and nephew.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Cynthia Evans Trisket; brother, Richard L. Trisket; step-father, David Davis; and a nephew, Jason Buell.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday in the Lind Funeral Home. Captain John W. Merchant of the Salvation Army will officiate. Friends will be received for two hours prior to the service, from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home.
