Obituary of Constance M. Panebianco

Constance Marie Panebianco, 70, of 104 Superior St., passed away Thursday, October 30, 2014 in her home. She was born May 20, 1944 in Jamestown, the daughter of the late Piro Terry and Theresa O'Neill Boria. As a young adult Constance found a second home in Chicago, Illinois where she found the excitement all young people look for when staring out, including working as a licensed Paralegal for a law firm. She later felt the tug of her home town and returned to Jamestown where she was surrounded by friends and family. Constance was employed by the Chautauqua County Jury Commissioner's Office in Mayville until her retirement due to ill health. She also found and married the love of her life, her second husband, Joseph R. Panebianco, with whom she enjoyed many wonderful years until his passing in 1996. In addition to her husband and parents, Constance was preceded in death by her grandparents, Sotir and Eva Boria who helped raise her as a child. She leaves her sister, Virginia Ann Anderson and brother, David Terry Boria, both of Jamestown; her niece, Kimberly Sue Anderson-Gunia and great-niece and god daughter, Eva Gunia, both of Manassas, VA; several cousins; and her caregiver, Barbara Tramonte, along with many dear friends to remember the joy that was Constance until they all meet again in Heaven. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the Lind Funeral Home. The Rev. Donald E. Ray will officiate. Entombment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Friends will be received from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Chautauqua Lake Association, 429 E. Terrace Ave., Lakewood, NY 14750-1538; or to a charity of choice.
