Deepest sympathies to the Stronz family from a couple of the "renowned troublemakers" referenced to in Mike's obituary. We have known Mike and Helen for 50+ years through BFGoodrich and the BOO-HOOSers, and have had the privilege of crossing paths with all of the Stronz children and most of the in-laws and outlaws associated therewith over the past half-Century. We will sorely miss you, "Dr. Strange."

BooHooser, Rotary and P-J memories all make being a part of Mike's life a special gift. What a wonderful example he was of living life filled with love for God and family.
So sorry we can't be there with you this week. Our love to Helen and the family.

Mike, you will never be forgotten. I first met Mike on a job interview in 1964 at BFG. Being a fellow musician, we hit it off right away and I got the job. Mike, the most "people person" I have ever known, always had a diplomatic way of getting things done. Mike was my mentor and friend and truly believed in me even when I stumbled.
He taught me to love and appreciate Maynard Ferguson and his off-the-wall trumpet.
The anchor of the BooHoosers, he even accepted me into this honorable and distinguished group of derelicts.
God will greatly reward you for your dedication to Helen and your wonderful family.
I will cherish the many good memories we shared. Love you Mike.

My deepest sympathies go out to Nora, Helen and the entire Stronz family. I am so sorry for your loss of your loving Father and Husband. It was clear to all that he loved you all deeply. He modeled the motto, 'family first". It was a privilege to know him for so many years. God bless you all!

Mike will be greatly missed by all those who spent time with him. He was always a caring grandfather to my brothers and I over these past several years. I am going to miss talking to him about how to make a good dirty martini! I am grateful for him showing the importance of family and how to be a great father to my stepfather Terry who was there with him all during his illness and throughout all the good years preceding his illness. We should all be so lucky to have people like Mike and Helen in our lives on a daily basis.

Mr Stronz was always a strong presence, whether at sporting events, in the community, or with his family. I always enjoyed talking with him...He was always good to us, and was pretty understanding in our younger days when, lets just say, things didn't go according to plan...Regards to the entire Stronz family. You were fortunate to have him as a patriarch.

Mike was a dear father-in-law. I wish I could, once more, thank him for his humor, stories and cocktail hours. More importantly, I am grateful for him modeling for Kevin and our sons how to truly honor and forever love one’s wife.
Love, Kristine
