Obituary of Susan A. Greggs

Susan A. Greggs, 67, of 403 South Main St., passed away Saturday, December 6, 2014 unexpectedly at home. She was born March 18, 1947 in Erie, Pa. a daughter of the late Edward and Frances Niedzwecki Baranski. Susan was a graduate of Academy High School in Erie, Pa. She worked for many years as a cook at the Belle View East. She was a lifetime bingo fanatic. She will be remembered for the way she cared deeply for her children and grandchildren. She is survived by three daughters; Rebecca (Frank Ossman) Greggs, Kristin (Ryan) Saunders, Anne (Bill Ernest) Greggs, a son James (Amber) Sigular; eight grandchildren: Fran and Thorin Ossman, Caylynn and Brayden Sigular, Abrielle Mistretta, Sullivan and Everly Saunders, Luke Ernest; a brother, John (Terri) Baranski; two sisters, Sharon Baranski and Sara (Carl) Kaminski; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Randall E. Greggs, on November 18, 1978 and her companion Robert C. Sigular Jr., on August 5, 1996. The funeral will be on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in the Lind Funeral Home. The Rev. Donald E. Ray will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends will be received from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the family.
