My thoughts and prayers are with Nels wife and family. I miss seeing them both out for lunch or coffee after we moved away. I remember the good ole days with my grandpa, David Dunberg, and Nels. They were a couple of comedians that were sure to bring smiles. I hope they are both smiling again now. Heaven got another angel.. Nels. You will be missed.
We have so many great memories of John & Alberta at Flickinger functions. John had such a wonderful sense of humor and we are so blessed to have enjoyed those special times.

Mr. Nelson was part of the Flickinger "family" that was bound together by many years of dedication to the company. I always looked forward to running into him, listening to his memories of my grandfather and father in the grocery business. After living in Sweden, I also appreciated our community's Swedes even more -- loved sharing Swedish stories with Mr. Nelson. My sincere sympathies.
