Obituary of Dmitri Adamskyj

Dmitri Adamskyj, 58, of 862 Foote Avenue, died Wednesday March 4, 2015, in WCA Hospital. He was born January 6, 1957, in Buffalo, the son of the late Dmitri and Helen Cisowski Adamskyj, Sr. Dmitri attended the Hazeltine Day Program where he loved spending time with his peers. He enjoyed sitting outside, short walks, music, his rocking chair and twirly toy and attending TRC dances, proms and outings. He was a fan of professional football and collected memorabilia from teams. He especially enjoyed visits from his friend and advocate Laura Felice. He will be sadly by his friends and caregivers from the Resource Center. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by grandparents John and Pauline Adamskyj and Joseph and Josephine Ciswoski. The funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday in the Lind Funeral Home. Friends will be received for one hour prior to the service in the funeral home Monday.
