Obituary of Betty L. Hicks

Betty L. Hicks, 59, of 584 Old Warren Rd, Frewsburg, died Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at UPMC Hamot. She was born January 9, 1956 in Jamestown, a daughter of the late Henning F. "Hank" and Patricia Coan Bennett. Betty had been employed for 10 years by the former Brigg's 7-11 Store on E. Second St. and later, by Chautauqua Hardware for 5 years. She is survived by her companion of 35 years, Manley J. Fuller; a daughter, Faye Fuller and son, Adam Fuller, both of Frewsburg; six grandchildren; two brothers, Kenneth Bennett of Jamestown and Ernest Bennett of Perrysburg; a step-brother, Larry Williams; and two nieces and three nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a step-mother, Lola Edwards Bennett; a sister, Elizabeth Rohm; and a step-sister, Lola Jean Roering. The funeral will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday in the Lind Funeral Home. Robert Collinge, family pastor of Fluvanna Community Church, will officiate. Friends will be received for one hour prior to the service in the funeral home Sunday.
