I worked at what was called the Achievement Center (now Resource Center)in the mid 1970's when it was on Third St. in Jamestown. It was close to the Jamestown Stamp Co. and I seem to recall that Gary would leave to go work there part of the day as some other trusted clients did. He was always so kind, pleasant and intelligent. The smiling picture with his obituary is how I remember him. I was used to seeing him walk around Jamestown, even in recent years, with his white cane, and he seemed to get around quite capably despite his poor vision. It was nice to read that Gary has a brother and nieces and nephews whom he loved. My sympathy to his whole family.
