Obituary of Siegfried F. Selle

Siegfried F. Selle, 83, of 2937 Panama-Stedman Road, Ashville, died Wednesday June 24, 2015 in UPMC Hamot, Erie, PA, the result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. A native of Germany, he was born February 8, 1932, in Germany, a son of the late Fredrick and Anna Selle. Coming to this country in 1952, he was employed by Art Metal, Inc, Proto Tool and retired from Jamestown Metal Products. For many years he owned and operated a farm raising black angus. Surviving are his wife Inge Matheis Selle, whom he married August 28, 1965; three children Frank (Susan) Selle and Wayne Selle both of Jamestown and Debra (George) Nichols of Westfield; four grandchildren Jeremy Brast of Richmond Hill, GA, Joseph Giorgenti of Jamestown and Brock and Carl Nichols both of Westfield and a sister Erika Steike of Germany. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers Ernst, Fritz and Gunter Selle. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
