Obituary of David A. Reale

David A. Reale, 58, of 1370 Whitetail Lane, Jamestown, died Tuesday July 21, 2015, in UPMC Hamot, Erie, PA. A lifelong area resident, he was born September 21, 1956, in Jamestown, a son of Joseph and Alma Griffey Reale. He attended St. James Catholic School and was a 1974 graduate of Jamestown High School. For over 35 years he was a self employed car dealer owning Hillside Auto and Au-to Rent, Inc. He was a communicant of St. James Catholic Church. He was an active supporter of The Mental Health Association of Chautauqua County. There was nothing more important to David than his family. He was extremely devoted and was always there when needed. He was a lifelong boating enthusiast and excellent snow skier. For the past fifteen years, he traveled to various ski resorts throughout the country with his friends, honing his skills of which he was very proud. He also enjoyed his hobby of making wine and sharing it with family and friends. David enjoyed people and loved to talk and make those around him laugh. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Surviving beside his parents of Bemus Point is his wife the former Sara Wolinsky, with whom he would have been celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary on July 28, 2015; two children Michael Joseph Reale of Ithaca, NY and Lauren Rebecca Reale of Riverview, FL; a brother Joseph Reale of Sebastian, FL and Sandra Reale of Jamestown. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Lind Funeral Home. Rev. Darrell G. Duffy will officiate. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
